An excellent city tour and a visit to the Salt mine and Auschwitz-Birkenau.
Very experienced guides and fantastic organisation. !

City tour highlights included Wawel Palace, Glass/Vitro museum, Schindler's factory/pharmacy and the Jewish district. Guide possessed excellent knowledge and tips and went the extra mile to comment on the rich history, arts and culture. The guide at the Salt Mine and the Auschwitz-Birkenau were also extremely knowledgeable and the transportation was well organised. Everything worked like clockwork. Impressive service overall.

EXCELLENT TOUR WITH KNOWLEDGEABLE GUIDE

Anita met us at our hotel at the appointed time and we set off on a walking tour. Her English was excellent as was her in depth knowledge of Krakow was incredible. We first visited the Castle then the Jewish Quarter where we visited the synagogue whilst a service was in progress. We continued on to Schindler's factory and finished in Market Square. The whole day was interesting and informative. I doubt that there is a more knowledgeable guide in Krakow.

Dear Anita, thanks for the invoice and thanks for the cooperation. I did nothing before in Poland and I have never worked with polish people before but I am rather impressed by your professionality. Everybody kept his/her word, no hidden 'surprises' and you were all on the track to make my clients happy. And they were happy so mission completed!
So I will surely recommend Cracow to other clients.
With kind regards, Ruud de Meer

10-11 Feb 2017

Dear Dennis, Romy, Agnes, Anita, Filip, Bohdan, Krzysztof, Edita,
Last weekend my third and last group so far was in Cracow and again they were very enthousiastic! They returned impressed ('with a laugh and a tear') but they only made compliments about your services, knowledge, meals and kindness! So that is what we all do it for. Make happy customers.
Apparently you know how to treat clients and make them happy. A big hand for you in Poland from Holland!!! As far as I am concerned, I will return with other groups and deal with you guys again.
With kind regards, Ruud de Meer

Just spoke to my client about their weekend in Cracow and they were very enthousiastic. Apparently you spoilt them. It was a busy program with 'a laugh and a tear' but they really enjoyed it. So a big hand for all of you, let's go on like this with the other groups. With kind regards, Ruud de Meer

He was excellent. We are going to explore Krakow today and hopefully go to Wawel Castle to see the Da Vinci. Thank you for our lovely gift, we will use the book today to help explore. Our driver Arek was also very helpful and good company for the drive to Auschwitz. Many thanks and hopefully see you again in the future, Nathan & Sophie

Anita,
Hello my favorite Polish tour guide and sister in Jesus!
The email from my friend Gene is very important because they have a travel agency that sons hundreds of people to Poland for catholic pilgrimages.
If they have Catholic tour guides, particularly those who know the Church and love Jesus, it may be very beneficial to your tour agency.
Whether this works for you or not, know that I think you are awesome and I pray that our Lord Jesus blesses you in calls you into a deeper relationship in his heart.
For me? The evil one is always attacking and I hide behind Jesus the way I child hides behind the legs of his father knowing that as long as I am safely there, the evil one cannot attack me.
God bless you, Tom

Hi Anita.

We got back from our stay yesterday and just want to you so much for arranging everything. Our driver was fantastic and could not have been more helpful. If you could forward our thanks to him that would be good. Also our Auschwitz tour guide. I didn't hear her name. She was a most thorough but thoughtful person on our tour. The fact that she revisits there almost daily to ensure that people like us can learn of how dreadful it was must make her some kind of angel. Please try and get our thanks to her too as, although we thanked her at the end of the tour, we were unable to offer our real feelings due to the nature of what we had just experienced.

And of course thanks to you for making it such an easy experience. We will be recommending your Company to anyone who is to visit Krakow.

Regards, Roger

Hi Anita!
Our stay was great, we were sorry we had to leave on Sunday already. Thank you for a great day of guiding, we learned a lot and were very happy you could guide us! I left a review for you through my tripadvisor app :-) On Saturday evening we walked up to the Cmentarz Rakowicki. That was a very special experience on the All Saints day!

Dear Anita,

We are back at home in the US now, after a wonderful trip to Krakow and Rome. We flew back to Krakow for one night to catch our plane to the U.S. It was such a treat to be back in your city. We love the food, the people and the beauty of it all.
I am working on filling out the review. I will need our daughter Caroline's help with the Polish, and she is gone right now, but I should be able to finish it later tonight.
Thank you again for a great tour -- it was one of our favorite days in Europe. Take care :) Kate.

Hello Anita!
I am very sorry because of the late answer, but we have had an extremely busy time after we came home. Parents- meeting and so on.
BUT, on behalf of all the ladies and the Mr.: We all think that this is the best trip with the colleagues EVER!!!!!
Absolutely EVERYTHING was a success: You, all tour knowledge, your personality and your guiding, the polite, helpful and charming bus driver,  all the different sightseeing, the fabulous restaurants and all the tasty food (we visited Wesele on Saturday for lunch,) the SPA, the hotel, the concert  and Krakow town, of course!!! And the flight trip was success too, everything in time.
And you and I are almost  heroes, because the trip was so well-organized and the program so varied and interesting. And that everything was in time, no need to wait on anything.
And I I have never heard my colleagues been so agreed and happy! They talk about it all the time and to all they meet! They all say that they will go back to Krakow with friends, families etc.And I do the same. I loved everything about the trip, and will go back to this beautiful town.
Can it be better???
Best regards from Wenche

Hi Anita- I'm in Rome on my way to the wedding. I want to thank you for the great job you did guiding me and making the other arrangements.  The salt mine tour and Czestochowa were perfect. Your driver is excellent and very helpful. In Warsaw Dorota met me at 10.00 at the hotel and took me around to all the sites. Her knowledge is excellent and I would recommend you use her for your clients as much as possible. She was also very helpful setting up transportation to the airport. I think I will have to return to Poland and see some of the other areas and sites. I also would like to visit the Baltic states.
Again, I want to thank you for all your help and knowledge.  I will send you the Hermitage photos on a USB stick once I return to the US.

April 2012

Dear Anita
Thanks very much for an exelent guide-performance on thursday. It was a pleasure and we gained a great knowledge of the Krakow history and the Schindler-movie/jewish gettho, wich was a perfect platform for the rest of our visit. When you showed us the Wawel castle, we spoked i littel about the "new" building, constructed by Hans Frank. It looked a lot like the Nazi constructions in Berlin, build by Hitlers architect, Albert Speer. If you like, you can find som other information here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Albert_Speer

On saturday afternoon we went for at walk in Plasow, and saw the houses of the SS and Amon Goeth's villa (still "for sale"). I hope your great offer of sending me the picture of A.G. taken by your freind at the trial, still is hot ?

If you ever considering comming to Denmark, please let us know - It would be a plesure to show you Copenhagen :o)

Take care - the best wishes from Denmark

Steen.

22-25 August 2011

Dear Anita,
I want to thank you again for the extraordinary experience you created for us in Cracow. You not only arranged exactly the tour we wanted but you organized it beautifully. I felt that over the day and a half we spent together you created a tour that took us through the history of Cracow chronologically while it built to a crescendo of experiences that were highly personal and moving. From the visits to Wawel and the stories about your most favorite King Kazimiercz to the stories about Pope John Paul we loved getting to know you. The day of our tour through Kazimiercz, the Community Center, the Old Cemetery and the synagogues seemed to include everything we wanted to see. As wonderful as this was, however, it did not prepare me for the visit to the site of the ghetto, the Madrich house, the Schindler factory and finally Plaszow. I felt as if I was walking in the footsteps of my family and you made every bit of this journey come alive with your knowledge and communications ability. As a guide, you knew exactly what we needed to see and you presented it exquisitely. When my friends ask me about our Cracow tour I can only say that it exceeded my expectations. Both Lynn and I also felt that we had made a new friend. You were so gracious and it was a real pleasure spending time with you. Please remember us when you visit New York and don't forget to send the links to your new website. And if you get your hands on the Nigel Kennedy album, I would appreciate a copy.
With warm wishes and do widzenia, Maurice and Lynn

Hey Girl! I'm not being a very good friend...I an NOT ignoring you! I was waiting for the mailman to bring me something that I am going to send to you....today!!!!! I promise. Unlike you, I have to get in my car and drive across the city to the post office!! No walking here. I also have shared with my friends about Zakopane and said that I have a new friend in Poland!!!!! Some more pictures attached. Love, Jane

19-23 march 2011
Hi Anita,
I had a fabulous time! I have been thinking about you every day and just started to organize my photos yesterday afternoon.  You wore us out and I needed REST.  I will forward some pictures to you soon.  Do you have any ones in particular you might want?

Also, I checked my google history and I found you by googling "tours of Poland". Your site came up on the first page.  I read it and read the review from one person then emailed you.  I did not even bother to check your other sights (I didn't even see them).  I already knew what I wanted to see and do, but I guess if I had looked further at your sites I would have seen that you have tours of the very things.  Silly me.  I'm going to go ahead and send you my favorite picture right now!  loveja

Hey Anita, just wanted to tell you how much Hannah & I enjoyed our time with you it was a great experience. Send me a picture when you get your new Suzuki. Keith

March 2011
I would like to thank you for the tour of Krakow last Wednesday. You were most professional and I learrned a great deal. I only wish we had had a few more days in Poland. You had mentioned that you would send me the address of your friend who is a Holocaust survivor. I am most interested in contacting him. Also, I am planning on coming back to Krakow some time this year. I am not sure when that will be but i am planning to go back to Auschwitz, this time I would like you to guide me. Again, thank you for all your help. John

March 2011
We just arrived home after our trip to Poland. I would like to thank you for the tour on Wednesday. We both enjoyed it so much. I wish we had more time but perhaps I can make in back to Poland laterin the year. Please send me the name of the gentleman we talked about.  Jack

November 2010

Hi Anita, well I left on Friday morning as you know in bright sunshine and arrived home in the same. Can you remember what I said about Thursday afternoon's weather, the clue is in the subject box.
Thank you for making the tours interesting and fun, I have told my son about the 16th century McDonalds we found as well as the other information, including how the dragon "flame grilled" the burgers ( my English humour again)
I have just downloaded the photo's onto my computer (that sounds very professional)but don't hold your breath or retire soon as sending them to you could take some time, but you will get them even if I have to send you actual photo's. Once again thank you and I will keep in touch if you don't mind and if you do I will still keep in touch ( more humour)
Regards Brian

Thank you very much for your organisation our trip in Krakau. Everything was rearly perfekt. Anita, we had a fantastic weekend and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their visit to Krakow. Auschwitz was moving & thought provoking, the salt mines were simply amazing! Everyone loved the evening spent in Aerial, especially the concert. - obviously I contacted other Guides for quotes but your service and the clear passion you have for your City and your job just shines through, you are very good.
Thank you very much from us all x Phil Delaney

Anita, Thanks again for the tour of the Jewish Ghetto this weekend. It was very informative and later that afternoon we were overwhelmed with even more information in Auschwitz and Birkenau. These are experiences we'll never forget, so thank you. Good luck with your lecture at Princeton!

Dear Anita,
Thinking of you warmly on our mutual birthday. Hope that is is a great one and wishing you many more happy and healthy ones! As soon as we review our photos, we will email some to you. Happy Birthday, Jeff Schwartz P.S. Regards to Daniel, too.

November 2009
Dear Anita
Our trip to Auschwitz and Birkenau was really emotional but also really great. I saw parts of Birkenau that I had not yet visited and somehow I was able to absorb more of what we saw this time than I had been able to do last time. And you were a superb guide! I did have an excellent guide last time too, but you were just wonderful and Emelien and I both felt as though we had a friend with us on this special day, so thank you for that! The web address is: http://www.mytravelkit.org Anyway - I hope that you are doing well, and thank you again very warmly for looking after us so very well. If you'd like me to recommend you, either on your website or in some other format, please let me know and I'd be very happy to write something nice for you! :-))
Warm greetings from a cold and wet Bristol! Annemieke

November 2009

Hi Anita
We are now back at home after a great weekend in your beautiful city. Thank you very much for a superb tour on Saturday morning -we are not quite sure how much we remembered but we will look it up on your website; also for suggesting the restuarant - we had a really fun evening. Good Luck with your new company and we hope you get lots of Italian visitors.
Best Wishes John, Judith, Sue and David

October 2009

October 2009
Warm Greetings Anita,
Hope you have recovered from the shock of the crash/accident last week. Here are some of the photos I took on our tour – The ones you are in. They are not up to my usual standard and I can only plead a new camera! We enjoyed the time you spent with us and the walk around your city, it was informative and also great fun. Thank you. We hope to return to Cracow one day in the near future and will certainly take advantage of your knowledge when we do. Meantime, if you get across here, please look us up – you will get a bed for the night and some English food and visit my pub! Great to have met you, Anita.
Keep well. Keith & Diane

October 2009

Dear Anita
I expect you will have heard from Di and Keith and Sue and John about the wedding but it was wonderful. We so enjoyed ourselves, our train journey was good but we did have to change trains. Fortunately for us when the guard came round someone sitting next to me spoke English and gave us a translation but it was quite easy to get the right train up to Bedzin and time for a cup of tea as well. You were right about the menu for the wedding. Chicken noodle soup, chicken and pork with lots of veg etc, little cakes and fruit, coffee, icecream. Then about an hour later platters of cold meat and salads and things in aspic jelly, and the same again after about another hour, wedding cake which was a huge affair with fireworks on it, at about midnight a bowl of steaming soup arrived followed by pork chops and veg at about 1.30!!! We had to pass on that one. There was gallons of wine and vodka and fortunately lots of soft drinks as well. It was all great fun with lots of games and dancing and although we went to bed at about 2.0, the dancing went on til about 5.00!!! Alfred and I bumped into Di and Keith this morning and they got home late last night having loved their stay in Poland and they told us all about their tour with you and how much they had enjoyed the Salt Mines. Thank you so much for making our stay in Krakow so enjoyable
I am sure we will be back. Sue

October 2009
Hi Anita
Just so let you know I have arrived safe & sound back in the UK (flight delayed only 1 ½ hours!) and that Sue & Alfred are safe & sound in their hotel, ready for the wedding! Wanted to say a big THANK YOU for the tours and for showing us YOUR Poland. Have just returned from my local pub where I have to say the Vodka is not as strong as yours! I did really have a lovely visit to Poland, and I’m sure I will return sometime in the future with my Grand-children, when I hope you will show them Poland as well, Sue still has not brought her piece of amber, so maybe she will have to return as well. Thanks a again for all your help, information and off course the vodka. Hope all goes well with your future
Kind regards Vivian

Thank you for an excellent tour of Cracow. Margaret and I really enjoyed it. You gave us a wonderful tour. Margaret has a colleague at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington who conducts international travel. She may be interested in organizing a trip to Poland and tour of Cracow. Hi Anita:
Am home, unpacked and ready to once again travel. This was my 19th trip to Europe. I have traveled alone, with friends, with my wife, in groups and guided tours (on a bus) Your attention to detail, the knowledge you have and your sweet pleasant way made this trip out of the ordinary. I can not thank you enough for the 4 days you spent with the three of us. We talked about it all the way home last night. Yes, the plane as usual was late. We got your photos, how great. Anita, if anyone wants to call me to ask me about you and your tours, please ask them to call my toll free number here in New York. It is 1 888 676 8433. My email address is aarmourmpo@aol.com. If they book with anyone but you, they are missing out on the best Guide in Krakow, (with a K) You will have to explain to those who may read this that we kidded about you spelling Krakow with a C and not a K. Thanks again. I hope we can cross paths once again real soon.
My best to you, Allan Armour, New York City.

August 2009

Hi Anita,
Just a quick thanks for such a brilliant tour you gave on Saturday. As you know we had been to Krakow before, and had a tour, however your tour was much more interesting, frendly and in more detail on the great choice of areas you chose to show us. Your tour was part of my son's 21st birthday treat, and what a treat it was! We'll certainly recommend you to anyone we know visiting in the future.
Thanks again, Lewis (the older Lewis)

Anita,
I'm just writing to say thankyou very much, your tour was great and I really had a good day in Cracow, I just wish I could have had longer there I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Poland, and when I come back I will be sure to contact you to be our guide again!
Thanks again, and I hope you are well. Lewis (the younger one)

We all arrived back safely from our lovely weekend in Poland! Thank you for making our trip go so smoothly, we did enjoy meeting you and were most impressed with what you showed us. We were particularly grateful that you arranged our short visit to Auschwitz and accompanied us - it was a very memorable visit and one that we will never forget. I have looked at your website-- very good, well done! The pictures are great.
Kind regards, LIBBY

Anita,
Yes, we are well. Our entire trip was good except that it rained or snowed every day. Cracow was a fun city. The food was excellent - just like my mother and grandmother cooked. Thank you for taking care of everything. Gerry

Hello Anita, so lovely hearing from you. We really had a wonderful time in Cracow, and we talk a lot about it. I’m sure some of us will come back some time – perhaps not this year but you never know. The spring is coming here as well, and I love it. I like the flowers coming and more light and more sun . and less snow… I’ll give your regards to everyone tomorrow. Warm regards from Maybel

Anita:
We are on our way back to the US. Thanks for the city tour and tour of Auschwitz/Berkenhau and for arranging the tour to Jarnsa Gorne. The monk who took us around was great. He even got us up on the altar to see the icon. I'll send your regards to Eddy. Frank and Stephanie
