If client decided to reserve the guide on a certain date & hour, has to make payment right away during the reservation.

There is a limit of persons in the group, max 30 pax. + earphones obligatory 5 PLN per person.
The client has to think over his decision, because we may cancell the reservation 15 days before the date of Auschwitz visiting / Auschwitz reservation.

The group can not bring anything into the museum.
Things should be left on the bus or in the luggage room [4 PLN / 1 euro].

Group has to leave Krakow 2 hours before visiting and we need to be 30 mins before exact entrance time.
Each person has to have the entry card, which uses at the security gates. The cards will be printed after booking process.
